The second title, which is not legal in nature, is an essay defending the establishment of Buenos Aires as the national capital in 1880. Illustrated with plates depicting classrooms and school furniture, the final title is a book of regulations governing the construction of schools and the furnishing of classrooms. All of these titles are rare. OCLC locates 1 copy each of Corrientes and Provincia (both in Germany), no copies of Construccion.
