Handsome. $250. * John Singleton Copley, 1st Baron Lyndhurst [1772-1863] was Lord Chancellor of Great Britain three times between 1827 and 1846. Born in Boston, he was the son and namesake of the artist. Woolnoth was a prominent engraver in the early Victorian period. He is best known for his theatrical portraits and for large plates after Correggio and Van Dyck.
