Contemporary annotations to rear endleaves, interior otherwise clean. $750. * Second and final issue, a much-enlarged version of the previous printing, a 44-page pamphlet printed in 1674. The Bankers' Case concerned the liability of the King to repay loans. The decision gave creditors of the crown the right to petition to the Barons of the Exchequer for breach of contract.
