Moderate toning to text, light foxing to a few leaves, internally clean. Ex-library. Institution name (Board of Agriculture) gilt-stamped to front board, shelf number to foot of spine, small inkstamps to verso of title page and foot of final text leaf. A nice copy of a scarce title. $250. * Only edition. A valuable account of the effects of food and fuel monopolies on the condition of the poor and the national economy.
