Light rubbing and a few shallow scuffs to boards, moderate rubbing to extremities, front hinge cracked, rear hinge started. Moderate toning to text, light foxing in a few places, partial crack in text block between pp. 142 and 143. A nice copy of a rare title. $1,250. * Only edition. This treatise addresses the intricate law of ship mortgages, which was then in a period of transition.
