Negligible light soiling to exterior, front hinge cracked, rear hinge mended. Light toning to text, light foxing in a few places, small library mark to title page, tiny library stamp to verso of title page and top margins of a few leaves. $350. * Second edition. Sometimes cited as Annaly's Reports, this collection contains decisions from 1733-1737. "It has received commendation from one of Lord Harwicke's biographers as presenting a very sufficient evidence of the extent of this great man's learning, and of the acuteness of his intellect" (Wallace).
