Saunder's Reports was held in high esteem by Elden and many other prominent jurists, such as James Kent, who said it contained "the most valuable and accurate reports of their age." First published in Law-French and Latin in 1686, this reporter, which covers the years 1666-1673 (18 Car. II-25 Car. II), went through several editions into the late-nineteenth century.
