A few shallow scuffs to boards, some rubbing to extremities with a few minor chips to spine ends, boards just beginning to separate, but secure, corners bumped and somewhat worn. Moderate toning and light foxing to text, faint dampstaining to fore-edges of preliminaries. $500. * First and only reissue of the only edition (1842-1843). Taylor was a member of Clement's Inn, London, who later moved to Albany, New York. He is best known as the author of The Law Glossary (1819 and later editions).
