(The copier recorded the publisher and publication date.) It was first published in 1685 with later editions in 1686 and 1688. All three are rare. Of all editions, OCLC locates 1 copy in North America at George Washington University Law School, which has a 1686 edition. We located a copy of the 1685 edition at the New York Public Library.
