First issued in 1719 under a slightly different title, this review of the codes established by the Gobierno Politico de las Fabricas and related regulations was an important reference work for builders and architects in Spain. A valuable work, it went through eight editions, the last one in 1798. Copies of any edition are scarce. OCLC locates 9 copies of the 1765 edition, 1 in North America (University of Michigan).
