Moderate toning, faint horizontal fold line, a few chips and small tears to edges, 2-3/4"-inch cut near bottom edge. $350. * This unusual circular directs port officers to be aware of a sloop, the Albion, and other vessels that are using bows modified to hide goods. Officials are told to employ "their utmost endeavours" to "intercept and seize any goods that may be attempted to be run by such means.
