Moderate toning to interiors, light foxing in a few places, library stamp to front endleaf of Volume I, illegible early owner signatures to title pages. $300. * Only edition. Known as Treadway's Reports, this compilation records the final years of South Carolina first appellate courts: the Constitutional Court (established 1799) and the Court of Equity (established 1808).
