Light toning to interior, a few leaves loose or detached, content in clear hand to rectos and versos of pp. 1-320 (Book B), 1-57, 66-213, 226-237, 278-345, 360-391 (Book C), 1-45, 50-84 (Book D), several sheets of notes laid in throughout, two printed examinations from 1882, in evidence and contracts, laid in to Book C. $1,250. * This notebook offers an opportunity to "audit" courses in contracts, wills, sales, evidence, criminal law, corporations, insurance, equity, bills and notes, partnership and torts offered at Boston University Law School in 1881-1882. Foster indicates that the courses on bills, insurance and torts were taught by Professor Bigelow, the prominent author and legal historian, also one of the founders of Boston Law School.
