Light rubbing and negligible light soiling to boards, moderate rubbing to extremities, spine ends and corners bumped with light wear to corners, faint offsetting to endpapers. Light toning to interior, light foxing and soiling to a few leaves, first signature partially unopened. Circular armorial bookplate of John Scott, 1st Earl of Eldon and presentation inscription "To The Earl of Eldon, With the Author's respectful Compliments" to front pastedown. $750. * Only edition.
