Contemporary calf, rebacked in period style, blind fillets to boards, blind and gilt fillet, contemporary lettering piece and gilt publication date to spine, hinges mended. Light rubbing and a few scuffs to boards, some gatoring to front board along joint, moderate rubbing to board edges. Light toning to interior, light foxing in a few places, offsetting to margins of endleaves and title page. $650. * Fourth and final edition. "The book is clearly written and well arranged. It states the effect of the modern cases and statutes; but it is not a mere digest.
