This compilation of Scottish acts covers the sixteenth through twentieth parliaments of James VI from 1600-1609. He became James I of Great Britain and Ireland and removed to England in 1603. Highlights include acts regulating bishops and other religious leaders and an "Act Against Skandalous Speeches and Lybels." The annotations to our copy are brief glosses.
