[290] pp. Octavo (7-3/4" x 4-1/2"). Contemporary calf, blind rules to boards, blind fillets along joints, raised bands, blind fillets and lettering piece to spine, blind tooling to board edges. Light rubbing and a few minor scuffs and scratches to boards, front board separated but secured by cords, moderate rubbing to extremities, rear joint starting at ends, slight crack to spine, chipping to its head, corners bumped and worn, rear hinge starting, faint offsetting to preliminaries including first title page. Light toning to interior, light foxing and soiling in a few places, faint offsetting to a few leaves, partial crack in text block between leaves D2-3 of second work, all leaves secure. $650. * Second and final editions.
