Recent quarter calf over marbled boards, blind fillets to calf edges, gilt fillets and title to spine, endpapers added. Moderate toning to interior, light browning to margins, woodcut head-pieces of title page and Fol. 1 affected by trimming along fore-edges, small ink spots and spark burns to a few leaves. $500. * A collection of 33 public acts with tables listing each act and the titles of 87 unprinted private acts. Two of the public acts are significant: the ratification of the Five Articles of Perth, which introduced aspects of Anglican ceremony to the Church of Scotland, and a tax on interest payments.
