Moderate toning and light foxing, light soiling to exterior and edges of several leaves, faint dampstaining to foot of title page and six following leaves, rear leaf beginning to detach, but still secure. $750. * First edition. McDade provides a succinct summary of this case: "Rabello was a farm laborer and wanderer who lived off people's charity. He was working in the Beardsley home, and because his son, twelve-year-old Ferris, trod on his toes, he killed him with an axe. He was clearly insane and so the jury found."
