Light rubbing, a few small stains, fading to extremities of Digest, which has a presentation inscription (Hon. Thom. Lamory (?) With the Respects of the Compiler) to front free endpaper. Moderate toning (intermittently lighter and heavier in Digest), light foxing in a few places. $150. * Only editions. Stone was the Adjutant-General of Massachusetts from 1851-1860. OCLC locates 2 copies of the Digest (Trial Court Law Library Barnstable, University of Minnesota) and no copies of either supplement in law libraries.
