This is almost certainly Nicholas Kelley (1885-1965), the distinguished lawyer and graduate of Harvard Law School who was also a driving force of the Chrysler Corporation, serving as President and Vice-President, as well as serving for a time as Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Treasury. He was born Nicholas Wischnewetzky, as his father was Count Lazare Wischnewetzky, but changed his surname to Kelley when his parents divorced. His mother was the famous social reformer and political activist Florence Kelley (1859-1932), whose reformist tendencies Nicholas shared.
