Moderate toning, horizontal fold lines, faint spotting in places, small holes or tears starting along fold lines without loss to text. $200. * This document concerns the appearance of John Richee, Haslett Townsend and Gotham Townsend, all from Oyster Bay, Long Island, before justices of the peace Richard Valentine, John Wright and Valentine Williams. Richee was released pending trial for larceny on a hundred dollar bond, provided that he maintain "Good Behaviour to wards all the People of the State of New York and Especially towards Mary Dingy, Martha Dingey, & Jane Dingey."
